Packages, a combination of basic, advanced and exterior services, are built based on you and your homes needs. We are happy to come out to your home and provide a free inspection to get your home on a maintenance schedule. Proactive scheduled maintenance plans can start for as little as $100, but typically fall in the range of $200-$400 per quarter. Payments can be made at the completion of a service or Homethority provides a monthly payment plan for proactive scheduled maintenance clients; simply to help with budgeting. One off services are handled on a fixed flat rate or per hourly rate; depending on what the project entails.
